Just curious, has anyone seen a storm or lightning? I've been playing for ages and haven't seen rain in what seems like months of game time. I know the blizzards are pretty much permanent on the north coast and I've seen a trickle near Falkreath but never a full on storm. Does it happen for you?

I've seen rain in the Falkreath, Whiterun and Markarth regions. Also in that town that leads to the Greybeards.

I've experienced rain in every single place that is not snowy. I've also experienced 1 or 2 severe thunder storms. It's pretty awesome.

So we're talking lightning too? Hmmmmm. Hmmmm I don't seem to have this. Maybe there's a drought in my alternate dimension of skyrim.

No thunder, but so much rain. Too much rain if you ask me, I've practically been swimming across Skyrim.

The only rain storms I've seen were from the Storm Call shout. I always see blizzards.

I always Clear Skies as soon as I see so much as a raindrop or snowflake. Couldn't tell ya~

100+++ hours in the game and i haven't seen a single storm. O.o

I've experienced a couple intense storms, lighting and booming thunder. Was pretty darn awesome.

First time it happened I wasn't paying attention, thunder surprised me being as loud as it was. Nothing has topped the first time I saw the aurora borealis though.

Never seen a storm in Skyrim actually... wonder where it happens most? I'd be curious to see how they are in the game.

I've seen lightning. Well, not the streaks but flashes while I was wandering around in the rain.

Part of me wonders whether bad weather affects dragon spawns any...like, surely they wouldn't go out in rain like this? But I doubt the game accounts for that.

I've seen quite a few storms in Whiterun and Markarth with lightning and thunder...didn't see any actual lightning bolts though, just a lot of flashing. Could just be bad camera work on my part.

I'm glad. We're sadly bombed by Blizzards though. But seriously, I can't stand rain after Oblivion.

i've seen mutiple storms complete with lightning etc in Whiterun (where i do all my crafting levling so ive been there a lot on mutiple chars)

Saw my first notable thunder and lightning storm today. (after approx. 80 hours in) I was wandering near Solitude.

The arid heat of your character's awesomeness is so immense that it soaks up all precipitation in the entire region. Been there, bro. It happens. :shrug:
