Existance of Dwemer confirmed in game. : V - Skyrim

I didn't here an NPC say this. For ME this is a spoiler! Think about others before saying "It's not a spoiler". What if the person just bought the game? Seriously, don't be a jerk.

It's not a spoiler, it's called conversation. I didn't even hear of this till now myself. It'd be different if he said "I spotted one in 12.351.235.123 on the map, go check it out!" and you actually find one.

I never heard that guy say anything about Dwemer, and my character lives in Markarth. Maybe he only says it sometimes? Or maybe he's just crazy.

I haven't heard this dialogue but I assume it doesn't exist. Only Dwemer creations are in-game. I assume he's lying as he's spread false information and started rumors before.

Actually, in Sheogarath's quest there is dwemer arguing whilst the atronachs fight.... just sayin

I have explored a big chunk of the game, but there is always something else turning up around a corner it seems.

OP, go to UESP and read up on the Dwemer.

Many of the rest of you: If you think something is a spoiler, just hit the report button and politely request that a mod look at it - if it is a spoiler, we move it. Do NOT make hall-monitor type posts telling someone "Shame on you, I have reported you." That helps nobody and all it does is irritate people. Just report and move on.

The Dwemer cannot come back, they became a giant stompy robot.
