I have a high leveled character who broke 100k caps, has fancy energy weapons and is Pro-Vegas. I have spent about 3 hours in the Ultra Luxe. I went about Heck Gunderson's suite, and was amazed! Fancy room, mini pool and all that stuff and a cool personal living quarters, not a cramped living space like the Lucky 38 or a random player housing.

Anyways, I'm disappointed in the Bon Vivant suite. Everything there is marked as owned and I lose karma for taking anything. The room is, while fancy, incredibly small. I want a suite like Heck Gunderson's. Is there any way this can happen? Is there a mod out there which replicates his suite, but for my pleasure only? Is there a way to get a fancy Ultra Luxe suite?

If anyone could answer, thanks. The Ultra Luxe is the place to be for any high roller, but I feel I can't go to sleep there. The place is perfect, except for player housing.
