IIRC http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Powder_charge is the only physical weapon schematic you can find. Things like the Bottlecap Mine and Time Bomb should already be recipes in the Workbench.

The powder charge is the only one sadly its in Cell block B at the NCRCF in a cell the key is on the guy in there who sells stuff

None of these are in the game, save for the Shishkebab which is looted from enemies only, or bought on rare occasions.

Go to Camp Guardian and you can get the Dog Tag Fist schematic.

and where can i find the shishkabob? i killed motor runner and he only had a chainsaw and im level 26

If you have the Honest Hearts DLC, a fair number of the White Legs carry them. This is probably your best source for them.

Legionary Assassins carry them if you're vilified by the Legion. Sometimes you can find them on Viper Gang members in the Mojave, but they're pretty rare. Sometimes I've seen them for sale from the Great Khan armorer, and I think Mick and Ralph may sell them occasionally too.
