Well, i don′t know what's the problem, i tried all the spells in the two gates and they doesn′t open, can somebody help me?

first of all, i believe this should be in the spoiler forum.

*SPOILERS BELOW*

by spells, you're referring to the 4 staffs that you're given before you enter the maze right? make sure that you're using the appropriate staff at each plaque, and that you target the plaque itself (and that you're not confusing them with any other staffs you may have already had in your inventory). no problems with it for me.

Using regular magic on the plaques works just as well, so they are no necessity.
They can only be hit once they light up, is this the case?

I never noticed them light up though before I used the staffs on them, I just cast the spell on them and then they lit up and the gate automatically opened.

i used the four staffs in each gate, i even used spells but nothing happens :/

I had a lot of trouble with this at first- the targeting is off for some reason. I literally had to throw a healing spell 30 times, each time targetting slightly left or right, up or down, to get it to activate. It was frustrating! My advice is to keep trying it from different distances and targeting slightly off center until it works.

Still without working, it's really problematic :S

Well i passed climbing from above but now i'm in the part of destruction, and it doesn`t open too -.- i tried all the spells and nothing happens, it's any explanation for this? maybe if i use a console code i can open the gate :/
