- You can rename enchanted items.

Is this PC only, or is there a way to do this on consoles...?

You can do it on a console.

Once you have the item the enchantmet and the sould gem selected look at the options on the bottm where it tells you what button to press to complte the enchantment.
One of the buttons will allow fro a rename of the item.

And it's Triangle on the PS3, so most likely Y on the Xbox 360. It's so much fun naming things, hehe.

- Spoilerish: If you pick up the power of "Summon Spectral Assassin," you're able to do just that: Call upon the ghost of an assassin to help you. And get this - The assassin spirit you summon is none other than Lucien LaChance. Even better, if you summon him, and he "survives," he'll follow you until he is "killed." Best yet - If you leave the dungeon with him still by your side and go outside, and you have Shadowmere out there...? HE RECOGNIZES HIS OLD HORSE. "Aaaah, Shadowmere, my old friend." They really did think of everything, it seems.

That's pretty awesome. I'm holding off on the Dark Brotherhood as I'm currently doing my well-behaved, war-hardened, brave Warrior at the moment. My assassin will indeed be next.

And yes, you can rename enchanted weapons on the console. You could even do it in Oblivion too. While at the Arcane Enchanter the bottom of the screen will indicate which button is for renaming the item. On the Xbox, it is 'Y'. It will bring up the keyboard menu letting you name your item anything of your choosing. Makes for some great and sometimes interesting items.

Havent played on to see if any affect, but in Markath you can do a small quest for Odolemar, to retrieve proof from Orgmunds house that he is a Talos worshipper. So i break in, steal his Talos Amulet and give it to Ondolemar who gives me 1000 gold, no drama's. As he is walking away i steal it from him straight back.
Does anypne know if that will stop Ondolemar from accusing Orgmund ?

Trying to mountain-climb? Navigate with your left-right strafe key/control while facing perpendicularly to the direction you're trying to travel (probably up the mountainside, so that you're basically trying to strafe up the mountain) and hammer your jump key/button. It's not very consistent, but you'll be able to occasionally bunny-hop up the mountainside.

OTOH, it seems like every landmark in Skyrim has a trail leading to it, originating from somewhere... the trouble is finding the damned start of it. sometimes it is literally miles away.

I looked up 'bound arrow' and I don't think it exists. Or maybe it's called something else?

Always check Dragur in ruins to make sure they don't awaken while you've got your back turned. If you see a Dragur with weapons and armor, or if when you approach them you don't get to search them, you can strike them pre-emptively. This works well with stealth characters, as sneak attacking before they awaken will do huge amounts of damage to them, and you can get in quite a few attacks as you aren't detected until they are all the way up. With good sneak and backstab bonuses, a stealth character can clear entire ruins of Dragur without any detection or surprises from sleeping Dragur.

Also, Falmer blindness is more than just lore. If you're quiet enough through muffle and sneak they can be dispatched easily.

According to uesp, the Spectral Arrow spell is not available. It's one of those features that was created and is still floating around in the game-code, but not implemented for the release version.

Don't know if it was mentioned ...

When you cast the magic light (not the one that hovers above you, but the one you cast somewhere and it stays there)) and hit an NPC (or probably any enemy as well?) with it, it will stick to it and hover above that NPC. It will even stay on him or her when they exit the cell through a door ect. You follow and when the next room has been loaded, the light ball will still hover above the NPC.

Probably just a funny fact, but it might be helpful in cases when you have to follow or chase someone or you want to keep an NPC "highlighted" in a bedlam or crowd to target it better.

Edit: Oh, and about that Spectral Assassin, it will comment on a lot of things. Places you're at, active quests ect.
