Ok i started playing skyrim like 2 days ago or something, and i immediatly had this problem in the cart in the beginning, and i don't know how to solve it.

I'll add to your report for when this is moved. Yesterday I had a certain armor that didn't appear on the NPC. It was just all white, no image of armor and the other NPCs were wearing armor that was visible. It only happened in the area on the way to Winterhold. Wouldn't that be described as it just didn't "render"...? It only happened the one time so far. I'm on PC too.
