If you had then lost him, use this:

player.moveto 0009CCD8

If 0009CCD8 fails, try 0009CCD7

resurrect
disable
enable

No he is asking if you can get it with console either his died or like me... the dark brotherhood are no more because they met the Sharp side of my two swords.
