Can you answer my questions please?

I'm a noob in games like this. I played Oblivion and thought it was mediocre.

Here comes:

  • How do you get dual swords? Do you equip 2 swords or do you need a perk for it?
  • Is the bow more powerful than in Oblivion?
  • Are you forced to fight dragons?
  • Is there dismemberment?

1. You can equip left and right hand seperately, regardless of perks.
2. Yes.
3. Not if you dont do the main quest.
4. There is a perk for that.

1. Assign one to your Right hand and one to your Left. Done
2. Yes, once leveled and with a few perks.
3. No. If you don't wish to see/fight dragons, don't complete the Bleak Falls Barrow quest in the Main Quest line.
There is plenty of gameplay available without even touching the MQ.
4. Decapitaion, once powerful enough and with perks.

Anything else?

1. Assign one to each hand. You do not have to have a perk to duel wield. There are perks that ingress its usefulness.
2. Yes, its done a lot better.
3. If you avoid the main quest you do not have to fight them.
4. Yes if you get the perk for it.
