Reading a post about how long you have been playing NV, and I asked a question there, but since nobody answered and I didn't want to derail the thread further by asking again, on your Save File, when it says how many hours you have on the game, is it real time hours or game time hours? I have like 130.27.15 hours. So did I really spend 130 real time hours playing this game?

Yes you've spent 130 hours playing on that save file. The numbers for hours you see under that file are real world hours.
