I think I remember where I heard.. It was in the Dark Brotherhood.. It was explained that the Statue their where the Night Mother was moved because of it.. But because it was moved so long after the Great War.. I guess we can figure out that Bravil wasn't remade

The situation in Bravil grows more dire. The city has erupted in violence, due to a war of control being waged by Cyrodiil's two largest skooma traffickers. The Listener, Alisanne Dupre, has been forced to employ sellswords to protect her own residence.The city was most likely severely damaged during The Great War but not destroyed. It was likely being repaired in the years since the war.
That being said I do like the OP's map just I believe Vvardenfell should still be on it lol.
