We all speculated if it's possible to make a confused turtle-build months before Skyrim was released and turns out you can't equip two shields at the same time. But, that doesn't prevent you from using your fist or even healing spells only in your right hand. I find it particulary tactical, as you'll also regenerate your stamina with a perk in the restoration school, meaning you'll always have stamina for another power-bash. I admit, on harder difficulties this could be quite hard, but why not make this character and play on Adept (normal)?
