I'll keep saying this until some poor schmuck believes me...

I'd create a new city in my name in the centre of Skyrim. I'd rule with a firm but fair hand, with my assassin council. It would be a buzzing, vibrant and beautiful metropolis with many distinct districts. The main political goals would be the setting up of trade cities and routes throughout Tamriel and the wholesale eradication of the Thalmor,.
Long dresses and those silly horned helmets would be outlawed and cheesy 1970's discos would be mandatory! I would also control the manufacture and export of the rare and exclusive drug "Flange" (a concentrate of various Khajiit and Dremora parts).

I'd probably cower my way through Helgen and then bolt for Riverwood, befriend Faendal after having helped him out with his little love triangle issue and ask him to show me the ropes of the sawmill operation. Settle down there for a while, safe from dragons and Nature's other assorted terrors, before deciding I wanted to move onto a larger town and head for Whiterun. Become an apprentice smith at Warmaiden's, taking advantage of my employer's brother's influence over the Jarl to buy a cozy little place called Breezehome with the money I'd saved up. Fall in love with a sweet girl by the name of Ysolda after having run a favour for her and brave the road to Riften to marry her. Live happily ever after. The End.

Well, I don't think that I could ignore my innate sneaky nature, but I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to learn magic, so I'd probably become an illusion-focused mage with rogue-like tendencies. What could be more fun than invisibility and toying with people's emotions (literally)? Perhaps if they brought back the sound spell from Morrowind... "did you hear something?" "I don't know what you're talking about" :)

I would create a small band of bounty hunters/ vigilantes, only accepting certain jobs. Similar to the companions except without the werewolf thing. I would have the band set up around Riften. Never accept bribes or assassination jobs. Mainly working as body guards and serving as retrieval experts etc. Outfit my companions with Ebony weapons and scale and steel armor.

I'd join the Companions and become a werewolf ASAP. Plus, there is no way I'd be going anywhere in light armour. If someone wanted to fight me they'd need a frikkin can opener.

I would be an Adventurer during the day and a Smithy during the evening, would take some Merchant weekends and amass a bast sum of gold, hire some trainers and build me a house near the lake of riverwood, seduce Isolda and some other tavern chicks

Once I accomplish that, being realistic and all about my combat habilities, I would try and become Riften and Solitude Thane
