Ive been thinking there is no hand to hand skill in Skyrim. I remember using hand to hand back in Oblivion and Morrowind since they were there own skills. But now it seems like the hand to hand skill has completely vanished as if noone liked to use it. Which makes me wonder if i use hand to hand to i lvl up my one handed skill?

there would have been nice things you could do with the perk system and unarmed talent... like new moves or even throws, paralyzing blows... the possibilities were there, unfortunatelly... nothing came out of it

Its there, just not as fleshed out as other combat skills.

to me personally, it was always a novelty thing. I never took hand to hand seriously in these games.

hopefully they make it a real skill later on
