Like how people keep stating it's the chest for Khajit traders. Yea, those of us that read the thread know already.

On another note; I researched the web for hours and discovered that chest belongs to a Khajit trader! And by research I mean I listened to the first twelve seconds of the video.

Tweaked out on skooma, and the gods looked down with pity and led him to an epic loot chest. Sadly, said chest just happened to be filled with more skooma.

It's a vendor chest for one of the Kahjiit traders, it just isn't sunk far enough under ground.

It really is there, unless 1.3 fixed it.

This. It's a vender's inventory chest, and simply was intended to be unaccessable to the player. Move along people, nothing to see here.

Theres a bunch of chests like these underground towns and a few merchant shops when you enter them.

Is the only reason people are saying it is a Khajit's chest because it has moon sugar and skooma? That seems pretty racist to me.

I just found it myself, and yes it's very well stocked.

I will not be using it. It's a fun curiosity but it's game-breaking.

My friend found the chest and then went to the merchant it is connected to and saw that their inventory was gone.

Its not there on any of my game saves. I even made a new toon and ran out there, and no chest.

1.3 or 1.2 fixed it?

I took everything and Ahkari still had other things that weren't in the chest... Unless he somehow respawned in under 12 hours.

Does anyone know if these were put in from Bethesda for us to find? Or is this some sort of bug, I saw it mentioned on a gamefaqs message board and was interested... anyone else found stuff like this yet?

it's there on the ps3 v1.2. i looted it then spoke to the kajit trader, then checked the chest again and low and behold it was restocked with items he was carrying!!

Actually, they didn't hide it for a reason :spotted owl:
PC users can access a console so they can spawn any item they wish, this is basically something they put in for console users so they arnt completely left out~
It's there if you need it, but if you dont want to spoil the fun, then dont use it~ :celebrate:

Cool find! I just found it (PS3 1.2). Although I will not use it, its cool for those that do want it.
