Anyone know the location or places near it and what direction to head. I need high elf blood and it's said there is a corpse there. Or anyone know a high elf I can kill anywhere else? The last one I tried she wouldn't die

You don't have to get in. It should have guards outside, or in the barracks building - somewhere to the left of the entrance.
