In the heat of battle, you need to switch to over charge often (more so than max charge since max charge is alot more expensive and does damage to weapon). Then why is it that Max charge comes before Over charge? Is it because of alphabetical order?

Yes its something a person can adopt to but i think a person should have faster access to over charge rather than max charge.

Alphabetical order. Simple as that, get over it.

Because you have to over charge the max charge for it to be considered over charge.
