skyrim and d&d

i'm making a D&D campaign based on Skyrim if anyone has info regarding how shouts would work and where i can find Skyrim dragons please tell of post a link to a helpful source thank you

Well it depends on how strictly you want to follow Skyrims rules. Dragons would be easy. The MM does that for you just change their appearance a bit and make their breath attacks shouts. Dragons are a big part of DnD.
4th edition or 3.5?

3.5 also not alll shouts are elemental i want unrelenting force and whirlwind sprint
