Hello all! I am having a slight problem.

I don't know how to start a TC. ;P


Basically the TC will be almost completely interior cells, you will go outside but you will never walk on actual ground, and the videos will need to be changed from the original Morrowind videos to new ones.

Races will need to be removed (but I want most of them), Scripts will need to be removed (but I want to choose which ones are), and I don't want any of the original land.

It will be recommended to install the TC on a completely new install of Morrowind since it will change the intro video and such.

How would I go about doing this? I've looked at TONS of blank esms but I can't find one that messes up dialogue somehow or includes the land, or does something that I just don't want! Can someone recommend to me a good blank esm or esp (I don't know which I need) that I can use?
