If I decide to start a new character on the PS3

1. Will it delete my current character?

2. Will it add to the size of my save file for Skyrim?

3. Does increase the chance of lag issues?

I have a couple of characters on PS3. One thing to remember though is make sure you don't just rely on autosave. If you are changing to another character then do a hard save of the one you want to keep. Autosaves will get rewritten. I actually have a save that starts right at the point before choosing race/body etc etc just so I can skip the little cart ride if I feel like it.
