Ive noticed a couple of times that my companion got a disease while fighting stuff. I would like to know if they actually get it and if they do, is there a way i can get them cured. Will they take a cure disease potion if i give them??

I wouldnt really care but she got it from a wolf so it would be Helljoint and make her do less damage.

I used forum search but didnt find a topic with this in it, so hope someone can answer.

For yourself you can pray to a god (god of the medics, temple in whiterun, maybe good choice )

and there are potions to cure that... maybe put one of them into her inventory?

You could order her to use an altar, that should work. I doubt that diseases actually work on them, but if you'd test it and post the results, that would be swell.

do you know of a console command to check, i wouldnt know of any other way to check.

Bah, never mind, apparently followers cannot use standing stones or altars. Silly, imo.

just tried the alter thing, it worked, so i would assume because she can use the alter to cure disease that they would indeed affect her. dont know for sure though.
