So, has anyone else tried to enchant since 1.3? My enchanting skill is 100%, but the values I 'used' to be able to apply are no longer the same as what I can now.

For instance, where I could put a 37% fire & a 37% frost enchant on boots w/ a 40% potion in the past, with the same potion now, I can only do 21% as a max now. Using the same boots (glass), same gem (grand), my enchanting has plummeted.

Anyone else noticed this?

Not yet. I'll go ahead and start up my game to see if this is the case for me, though.

EDIT: Nope, I can enchant for the same values that I've always been able to.

What level is your enchanting? Is it @ 100?
