Archery reduced to lvl 20 : V

hi ,my archery level has gone down to lvl 20 and i cant find out why .
any suggestions welcome please

possibly a poison or negative effect on your character, have a look.

Sounds like a poison/disease at work, either take a 'Cure Disease' potion or get a Blessing from one of the shrines dotted about the place.

This is a well-know bug. It should go away once you level the skill.

many "well known bugs" are simply common misperceptions.
