While playing as my legion girl for many many hours now, I've become aware that not only have I not failed "Don't Tread On The Bear" the quest hasn't ever even shown up in the pipboy. They did send a squad to tell me I had three days to clean up my act, but I killed them and nothing more came of it. What do I have to do to be marked as a terrorist to these guys? I'm currently Villified with them and Idolized by the Legion, and I killed Crocker first thing as soon as I met him, but the NCR still doesn't shoot me on sight. Do I have to do more of the Render Unto Caesar quest? I haven't shut off Mr. House yet.

I want an excuse to wear my NCR Face Wrap armor, so I can feel like I'm doing some badass incognito stuff. :batman:

Legion assassins run up to me and just stand there staring at me and remain non hostile untill they decide to run back to wherever they came from. The game is broken. In wide open areas it gets real choppy untill it eventually freezes. This all started when I downloaded the GRA.

I never get NCR hit squads sent after me before the Don't Tread On The Bear quest, and when I fail it no NCR trooper/ranger etc is ever hostile, its been like that since the start Its great but boring

I once made another Legion girl and everywhere she went, the NCR would shoot at her. Was pretty cool, but kinda annoying if I wanted to do something in NCR territory; I had to carry around an NCR Ranger Combat armor everywhere.

She also managed to get amushed by the Hit Squad outside Cannibal Johnson's Cave once, but she died. I had to fast travel out of that situation before they got up to me and politely told me they were there to kill me.

I failed "Don't Tread on the Bear" and the NCR still idolized me. It made playing against them so much easier. No one ever suspected a thing... :ninja:

When you have bad rep with ncr and you go kill them somewhere then they will attack you but if you go somewhere else they don't shoot and I'm pretty sure unless you cause trouble they won't either. I'm pretty sure

My Legion girl hit a bug where, vilified by the NCR, my faction armor bugged and reset ALL faction reps to zero. The only faction rep I have listed is Strip NCR doesn't care their greatest enemy just marching amongst them in Legion armor.

Thats rather funny.

Kill Ambassador Crocker ista vilified and you'll be marked as a terrorist.

Even after the NCR and BoS become allies against the Legion, the Veteran Rangers will turn hostile if I wear BoS T-51b Power Armor too close to them. That's the only way they would become hostile if I were villified by them also.
