Ok, maybe I'll accept the fact that Skyrim made GOTY even if it is a premature and broken game.

But Bethesda as best studio? Clearly quality assurance or customer service wasnt taken into consideration. Its been a while since I've seen a studio fail so spectacularly on both.

I never said I hate Skyrim, I quite enjoy it and I'm very much looking forward to patches in the future that will eventually make it more of a solid game.

But for the people behind Skyrim, you cant possibly overlook the fact that they could have put a hell lot more into polishing or even completing the game instead of trying to meet a catchy deadline date. Also, the few announcements they've made to us, the player base, has been poor to say at least.

but then again, its my fault for trying to reason with an avid really devoted fan.

Just shows what a joke these gaming awards are. It's all about the butt kissing so you can get your exlclusives, not about the actual game itself.

I totally think Bethesda deserved to win studio of the year, and Skyrim winning was appropriate. Bugs or no bugs, it's still an amazing game. Even in all it's frustrating moments, hehe.

I was disappointed to see Gears 3 lost all of it's nominations. It was a really good game.
