Game runs perfect for me on Ultra settings. 200 hours played and not one single crash.

The game isn't broken for me. I'm actually having quite a bit of fun playing it.

I wasn't really following Morrowind or Oblivion's respective forums right after their launch dates, but were petitions or polls such as this common sight for both titles? Just wondering so I can gauge my perspective a little more.

No, you have to get the money back from Steam or your local retailer, the buck stops with them.

This. Your purchase was with the retailer, not with Bethesda. They're not liable.

I'm enjoying my game after 165 hours of play... Sure surpassed games like Arkham City which I beat in about 20 hours of game play... Heck I beat F.E.A.R. 3 in about 8 hours... So 165 hours for 60 bucks is well worth it to me.

Whilst I have issues with the way in which Bethesda has handled its update program and the condition of the game on release, there is a solid game underneath the issues and if they can get them sorted its a game that should be in every gamers collection...if they can fix it.

Are you entitled to a full refund if you are not happy with the product, yes...take it back to the retailer you got it from and say it doesnt work, money back please..I can afford to keep this game till they fix it, its been gathering dust in my games rack since 1.2 came out and it can stay there till this time next year if need be till they get it sorted out. I have issues with Skyrim getting GOTY in its current state, and a studio that recently broke its game even more with its last title update should not be getting Studio of the year award

But giving a full refund to every person who bought skyrim, those who have had bad or good experiences with it...no because its not practical

1) My understanding is that refunds should be sought through the retailer, not Bethesda directly. You may want to try the Contact Us link, to try and get in touch with someone directly; but I do know you're not going to have much luck asking in a thread in the forum.

2) This thread is being closed as it's obviously only serving as a spawning ground for flaming and insults, and I don't feel like issuing warnings and suspensions just now.

3) Calling someone a troll is itself a flame, and can be a warn-able offence.

4) Spamming "inb4lock" is considered spam, and can be a warn-able offence.
