New Vegas DLCs?

Can I get the New Vegas DLCs on a disc like the FO3 GOTY edition or do I have to download all of them from XboxLive? Because I dont have Xbox Live. booooo

It won a Golden Joystick Award for best RPG of the year some weeks ago. Maybe we'll have a Golden Joystick Edition before xmas.
