Is it possible to (with the console, or mods, etc) reset a quest, or an entire questline? Like, if you finished the Civil War on the Imperial side, could you reset it to start over on the Imperial side?

I'm thinking no. Pretty sure I read on uesp that once you get further in the quest stage, the commands can't take you backwards.
