Getting Lydia back : V

Just did a quest for the Companions and Lydia was replaced with Farkas for the quest. Now ive done that quest Lydia hasnt returned. Has she gone forever?

just in case, inside dragonreach she tends to move :). also this happen to me with a different followe and he just went back to the place i meet him aside from that lets hope she is there >

She will be gone UNTILL you buy the Whiterun house.. she will be there waiting at that point. Same thing happend to me!

yep, whiterun house is where she'll be, or possibly in the Jarl's hall at dragonreach in whiterun. On the offchance that the game gliched and she's dead, you'll probably recieve a note from the courier.
