When I started the quest, Birds of a Feather, I was assigned to stand outside and guard the Silver Rush witth Simon... only problem is: he is not opening the container with all the Van Graff equpment in it, all that he says when I try to talk with him is: "Don't hurry me, I'm trying to get your stuff back!" Or something like that.

Any tips or solutions?
