The review is as much poking at the sense of egoism (It's all about Me!) in FNV as it is a basic rundown of some of the characters in the DLC's. It ends with pointing out that the entire New Vegas storyline really isn't about the Courier at all, but the people she interacts with. Ultimately, the Courier is just a chronicler of their stories, in which she players only a minor, if important, part.
Grand tapestry storytelling that's mostly lost on the gaming masses. Heh, even I got caught up in the standard "I Am Legend' mentality through most of the game. But yes, the real beauty of the whole tapestry is woven from all of its many magnificently crafted threads, once you stand back and see it in its finished form. Not something you see every day (or decade) in the gaming world.
