Hello everyone it says my lockpicking and sneak skills are both level 50 but the level 50 is green colored but I just leveled my sneak ability and it said level 31 sneak? I don't understand this is really weird lol any ideas? Thank you!

If its green it means a peice of gear, potion or spell is making your level higher. So for example.. If i had 10 sneak, then a helmet that gave me +5 sneak, on the skills screen in green it would say : sneak:15

Sorry I forgot to mention this was when I was completely naked so it can't be gear.


Edit Reason: I checked my effects and I don't have any potion effects on me or spells soooooo weird :S

It seems ot be a bug in the game....also can happen is that skills go red.

For me levelling up said skill would put it back tot he correct value though.

In which case... not a clue!

At one point, my one handed skill was showing up red, after checking effects I couldn't find out why. It may have been a glitch, or something just wasn't listed properly. After time it went back to normal. So there could possibly be an effect on you that doesn't show up in your list.

And this mod does what?

This is no mod it sais my lockpicking skill is 60 in green but I just leveled it up and it sais 43 :S lol
