Basically the title of the thread is the question, im using a PS3 console.
Does giving a companion with Armor/Head Gear that has effects like AGL+1 or PER+1 affect their stats ?
(Again, searching the these forums doesnt give clear answers)

I would suppose so, but it wouldn't really affect anything. Where were you thinking of using it?

I did find out that head gear/armor does affect the stats of a companion except for those companions that wont wear it because the DT is lower on it than their default outfit.
