New Vegas Morse Code

A few months ago I stumbled across this video http://www.xfire.com/video/399f62/ of a radio playing very quiet Morse Code, when wondering if there were any forms of Morse Code in New Vegas like there were in FO3. Anyway, I found the radio emitting very quiet Morse Code in game, recorded the audio, slowed it down and ended up decoding a message that was repeating every minute or so. The Morse Code read: "n atlc continental sh".

Puzzled with what this was supposed to mean, my only conclusion for the mysterious message was that maybe it had something to do with Continental Airlines since they travel to Las Vegas. I left it at that for several months until today when I decided to have a look at it again for some reason. Instead of googling "n atlc continental sh", I only typed in the "atlc continental" part as I should have done many months ago.

I ended up instantly finding what I was looking for http://www.kielmail.net/Atlantic_Mid_Offshore. It appears that a snip of the day's weather forecast during production of Fallout 3 (as I would assume New Vegas used this segment of Morse Code from Fallout 3, since many assets are used between the games) was used in game for some unknown reason. Although the link says that the forecast was only just from the 2nd of December, 2011, I would assume that previous forecasts would have been in the same format several years ago.

Anyway, I thought I'd post this here in case anyone was interested or had come across this radio in game and was wondering what the message said.
