I am have a problem with Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of The Year Edition . I was able to install all the game files correctly, but i can't start the game because the "Play" option in the oblivion launcher is faded out (as well as "Data Files", "Options" "Technical Support", and "Uninstall). Only the link to Elderscrolls.com and "Exit" can be Selected.

I have tried restarting Steam, restarting my computer, verifying game files through Steam, and reinstalling the game, none of those actions have helped. Does anyone have a solution?
(and no, i have not modded the game in any way).
