Update broke all DLC-Please read mods/devs

Ive seen topics saying i froze here in DM, i froze there in DM, my classic pack is gone, DM wont load, etc.

lets just put it all together shall we? im on PS3 but have noticed these topics in pc forums as well, so i post this in both places.

The new patch (1.05) messed something up, the game doesnt seem to realise we have dlc downloaded. my classic pack stuff is gone, the sierra madre radio & mission are gone, the in-game downloads list is empty, and i can only assume DM items and the other packs are gone too.

Please let someone know about this (someone important, someone high up you know?)

i reccomend you not play on any files that have done DM stuff (at least dont save), i have a feeling youll loose stuff forever.

it might be fixed if you re-download everything, but as a ps3 user i cant, for obvious reasons.

OK, this happened to me as well.

I had the US and Canadian versions of DM on my hard drive, so I deleted the US version and restarted my PS3, then everything worked fine.

i posted this in the ps3 section and this d**n ps3 browser made 4 of 'em -_-

anyway, i dont care about DM right now, but i just started a new file (lv 4) and kinda still need my armor & pistol, lol

i dont see DM anywhere, i suppose its part of the NV game data, but i see the CA & US versions of the classic pack in there all by themselves. you think if i delete the CA version itll work again?

Load order error, sounds like. FalloutNV.esm has a later "modified by" date than Deadmoney.esm, et al., and that results in DeadMoney.esm being before FalloutNV.esm. That's a problem, because FalloutNV.esm is supposed to load first before everything. It is an easily fixable problem for PC players...

ah, i see. should've known you guys would've figured it out already, lol

seem easily fixable for some of us too, i noticed i had a CA & US version of the classic pack, so i deleted the CA version and it was all on my in-game download list again.

Delete the versions that aren't for your region, worked for me. Also, the DLC data is by itself in Game Data Utility.

ya, i just did that.

i also just realised why i didnt see DM there before, it merged with the classic pack, and i didnt even notice that it says new vegas dlc instead of classic pack now.

i am so observant

I'm on PS3, I didn't lose any DLC items, I still had all of the items I brought back from DM. I actually just finished selling my last 3 gold bars, when I checked on here and saw this topic. Maybe it didn't affect everyone?

Nope, didn't delete any files. I was playing bummed that since the PSN was down I wouldn't get the patch. I was in the process of taking my gold bars to sell, when I got the notification that a new patch was available. I downloaded it, reloaded my save, then went about selling my gold bars. After reading the patch supposedly causing missing DM items, I went to the hotel room in Novac and checked, the container that all my DM items are in, and they were still all there.
