high energy weps, lockpick, science, barter & survival
everything else raised slowly but not guns or melee
traits- early riser and wild wasteland
perks (the most important)
meltdown
finesse
tribal wisdom (H-H)
cannibal
vig, recycle
nuka chemist
toughness
the reason this works so well is because when using an energy weapon with meltdown the enemy explodes when a crit hit is made or usually when they die aswell.
with 10 out of 10 luck and finesse you have the luck of 15 which lets you practicly get meltdown every time you kill someone. I would recomend using the holorifle or the YCS
