Honest Hearts is a complete waste of money, but it does at least stick to the Fallout-Feel of free roam. It is also very pretty(at least for Fallout standards) and aesthetic. Very short and quite boring.
As the other guy said, most of these DLCs hype you up for Lonesome Road, but this one doesn't really... it has about 1 reference to Ulysses.
Lonesome Road is a blast IMO, it's very linear, which many people didn't like at all, but I think it was a fresh change and it made it very gritty and fun for me. This DLC is quite hard, even on easier difficulties, and gives you places to roam even after the main quest. Oh yeah, and you also get to cause a lot of mayhem for whatever faction you want. Or both  That's all I'm going to say
