Ok, so I did the peaceful speech check with Benny in the Presidential Suite, so he went to the fort. I want to side with Mr. House so I went there and helped Benny escape so I could get the Platinum Chip. I completed The House Always Wins I, but I cant get Part II to show up on my Pip-Boy. Any ideas?
