Why would you help the Gangers kill Goodsprings?

Stop being such a Troll...

It's an Opiniated Forum, deal with it...

overall, There is not an absolutely positive format or even ANY good format on Powder Gangers. I don't mean the whole "bad karma' thing, I mean that when you side with them, you would notice that their faction is just horrible. No chance of survival, pretty much idiotic and almost as stupid as Fiends. You can try to help them out as much as you can, but even if you side with a faction and complete the game, the slides are always boring when it comes to them. "they stayed in one place and raided (until eventually as everyone knows, they got pwned by any of NCR, Legion, or even House)." I mean, really, they are just a bunch of idiots who can't even live off the land. Might as well get rid of them and move on.

The Powder Gang are useless, but the people at Goodsprings are useless as well. So I just chose one at random.

Not true, Goodsprings is a great get-away area from the Mohave, with a shop where you can get some caps from selling weapons you don't use, and since you help them, drinks and food is just dead cheap.

Doc Mitch there always helps ya out, or you can just go to Victor's shack like I do and turn it into my home lol. It pretty much has everything and more then the home you get in the Lucky 38 (except dismissing your companions there, other then that, Victor's shack/Big MT is the best base of operations as of yet.)

the guy in the store at goodsprings will give you really good prices...thats about the only thing you get for slaughtering the town, so i guess if you want some cheap stuff at the beginning of the game you could choose to help the powder gangers

They are? Hmm. Guess they should have just let you die then, shouldn't they? Now that would have been righteous.

New game startup screen begins to come into focus, and this message appears: "You are a mean, worthless, ungrateful ass, so the doctor just let you die. Game over, man."

Guess maybe the good people of Goodsprings weren't totally useless after all, eh? :foodndrink:

Correction: Mr. House saves your life

To the point where his robot was the only one aware of the fact Benny almost killed you, and then dug you up and took you to the nearby doctor, that is true. But the actual saving of your life from that point on was by the care of Doc Mitchell. Without the good doctor and the safe haven of Goodsprings, neither Mr. House nor his robot would have been able to save you.
