Trying to marry Taarie, need help : V

I've been trying console commands but I must be doing something wrong. The wiki says she is bugged and may require console command, and I did her quest a long time ago and I am wearing the amulet of mara.

Have you spoken to the priest at the Temple in Riften? He has to tell you how to propose before you can actually do it.

Hah, well, this is the last resort. Works on anything except people without recorded marriage dialogue (including some female Jarl who is stubborn, but not including Elisif):

Make a .txt file in your Skyrim folder. Name it ForceMar.txt.
Copy-paste all this into it.
Ingame, open console, click NPC, type bat ForceMar

ok wow, that is confusing and I really don't want to alter my files. I've had bad experiences with that. I give up.
