I delved deep and brought much loot from the depths, of the loot i acquired a small pile of Falmer armor and i noticed the helm allows you stack wearing a circlet which is a unique quality. This got me thinking the Falmer boots have no soles... Since your literaly barefoot does that give you a bounus to stealth?

I don't think being barefoot gives a bonus to stealth...

The bonus to stealth comes from the weight of the armor. So not likely to be beneficial for stealth.

Your bare feet may be pitter-pattering, but your armor is going CLUNK! CLUNK! CLUNK!

I frequently get bugs with stacking head gear in my games. Often if I'm wearing a circlet and then replace it with something else, say a mage hood, when I look under active effects I see both the hood and the circlet listed along with the other active items I'm wearing even though the animation shows only the hood. I don't know if this is peculiar to my games or if it's common in all games, seems to happen most often with my own enchanted items.

Barefoot is going to make you step on a rock and yell and no longer be stealthy.
