yes, dual attacks have three parts, usually draining all or near all of your stamina, but if you land the last hit, you will recover stamina for your next attack

My level 37 thief can power attack with his two weapons of choice about 10 times in a row... then recharge his stamina in about 15/20 seconds...



Not that it matters sense I use stealth one-shots most of the time.
