Spoiler
|Approximate Age: 30
|Race: Bosmer
|Gender: Male
|Aptitude(Stealth, Combat, Magic, or mixed?): Swift melee combat. Dual-wielding enchanter.
|Top 10 Major Skills: 10? I only use three. One-Handed, Light Armor, Enchanting (Primary). Smithing, Alchemy, Sneak (Secondary: Perkless, low value)
|Criminal History: In my pursuit of perfecting my enchanting capabilities, I have attained the black star and regularly hunt and kill man and mer for their souls. I have, on occasion, been unable to avoid fines for murder and assault. Never served jail time. My undocumented crimes consist of theft of books--which I collect and store for the sake of developing as complete a collection as I can--and my assassinations for The Dark Brotherhood--which I perform as a werewolf due to my minimal stealth skills.
|Allegiances: Lydia, The Psijic Order, The Dark Brotherhood, The Companions, The Imperial Legion, The Blades
|Factions: Erm... ^
|Horseback or on foot?: Foot. Horses slow me down when getting into fights, collecting alchemical ingredients, and jumping up mountains during shortcuts to my goals. I have plenty of Stamina and Stamina Regeneration anyway.
|Do you spend more time in towns/villages/cities, or adventuring/questing/wandering the wild?: Definitely spend more time in the wilderness or underground than in civilization.
|Do you organize and/or manage your inventories at homes?: Yes. Can't help but hoard.
|Do you keep items that you never plan on using?: Yes. I like having mementos, reminders of past deeds.
|Do you pay attention to encumberment on a regular basis?: Yep, can't grab everything else I'd constantly be dropping things to pick up items of greater value.
|Priorities(Gold, loot, quests, relationships, etc.)?: Building an impressive collection of artifacts. Attaining power. Finding secrets.
|How do you get what you want from a NPC?: If I can: kill them. If they are more useful alive than dead: play nice and see what being on their good side gets.
|A lone friendly traveler is encountered in the wild, how do you approach him/her?: Let them speak. If they prove unuseful, I kill them and steal their soul.
|The same lone traveler is non-threatening, yet hostile(possibly of another allegiance or faction)?: Kill them and steal their soul.
|Does apparel/armor aesthetics, practicality, value, or rarity determine use?: Aesthetics are my primary concern when determining which items to use (of course, I only wear light armor and accessories, though). If the armor is relatively weak, I'll improve it with Smithing. I always enchant my items.
|Do you prefer purchasing equipment or finding/looting/stealing/discovering for use?: I much prefer finding or earning it.
|Do you learn more about your quests, NPCs, and faction before undertaking quests?: Yes, always, unless I already know such information as a person (due to having encountered it on other characters).
|Do allegiances, morals and beliefs, or other factors determine who you work for/with and the tasks you perform?: Yes. The individual's attitude toward me weighs more heavily than other factors. I always kill those of opposing allegiances, as well as those who disregard my power and treat me disrespectfully, and those who are weak, unuseful, and replaceable (such as the Vigilants of Stendarr). If I don't end up killing the person, it's likely that I'll work for them. Such work can prove rewarding.
|When you have companions, do you let them do most of the work?: I always travel alone. If I have no choice but to travel with a follower, I do my best to keep them out of my way. I don't make use of them.
|Do you equip them with improved equipment, or let them use what they have?: Nope.
|Do you have them carry most of your burden(ex. loot, weapons, armor, etc.)?: Nope.
|Does it bother you when NPCs say bad things about you?: Yes. Enough to kill them (and steal their soul... wouldn't want such a valuable thing to go to waste).
|If any of those NPCs were to travel outside of civilization, what would you do, if anything?: Probably kill them and steal their soul. Unless I respect the NPC.
|Do you give up on difficult quests? Do you plan better for a new approach? Do you see it through, no matter how difficult?: I see my quests through, no matter how difficult. If I have trouble on a quest, I force myself to try again from my most recent save, improving my tactic each attempt until I succeed. I am always optimistic about the possibility for success, believing that if I can find the proper perspective, I will achieve the clarity necessary to overcome the challenge.
|Do you interact with NPCs other than for essential needs, wants, or tasks?: Not unless they make direct contact with me. Otherwise, my interactions with NPCs are almost entirely for the purpose of accomplishing a desired task.
|Do you lie - when it is an option - to receive a greater reward or information?: Yep.
|Do you enjoy learning about the land and people of Skyrim and the history of Tamriel?: Yes, definitely. I find the lore of The Elder Scrolls quite intriguing. Knowing about a person's background helps immerse me in the game and empathize with their place in the world.
|Does listening to a NPC's story affect any decisions you make?: Yes. My actions against NPCs are heavily influenced by my opinion of them. I take their personalities and opinions into consideration.
|Do you think you could be a better leader than any of the guild/faction leaders. How about the Jarls or even a King?: I would not want to be a King or Jarl. The idea of becoming one seems a dreadful burden. Though I do believe I could manage quite well as one if I had to.
|Things aren't going your way, do you turn off the game, or do you revert to a previous save to try again?: Unless it's due to a bug or I was intentionally screwing around... I persist until death.
|How do you view the zoomorphic races? Elves? Humans?: I regard individuals based upon their personality, not their race. No race is inferior to another, it is a person that makes himself inferior. Generally, I consider stereotypes only as a tool for judgement in the case that actual anolysis of individuals is impossible or impractical.
|Do you perform tasks in your own way, or to-the-letter?: I perform tasks in whichever way is the most efficient, fun, or practical. I don't care about intended or directed methods.
|Stormcloaks or Imperial Legion?: The Imperial Legion. The Stormcloaks would be hopeless to resist the Thalmor, and they're racist.
|Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood?: The Dark Brotherhood, for now. I will join the Thieves Guild once my stealth capabilities are strong enough.
|Is marriage more of a business transaction than about affinity for a NPC?: Marriage is all about business. True love isn't. If I find my character has a strong affinity for an NPC, I will have to marry her for the sake of allowing the game to regard her as a romantic interest.
|If you use magic, what do you use it for? Does enchanting count as magic in this case? I used to use conjuration for Soul Trap, but have stopped since enchanting a weapon to suit this purpose. I've used Candlelight before when I needed to get a better look at a dark corner. I often use Flames to ignite oil pools. I use Healing to recover health in a panic when cover is available.
|If you use stealth, what do you use it for? Eavesdropping, or ambush. I'm not yet talented enough to actually seek out opponents during stealth.
