Anyone here familiar with rogues from World of Warcraft?

If so....do you remember the "blind" attack? It was a physical attack (not magical) that consisted of blinding powder. Used to make an enemy stop attacking and wander around disoriented for 10 seconds. Any attack on the enemy will stop "blinds" effects.

In Skyrim what can I use that would be similar to Blind? Remember...it did NOT make them flee. Just made them stop attacking and/or wander around in the same spot for 10 seconds.

The closest thing I can recommend for you is the paralyze potion made from alchemy.

That only works for 3 seconds. Correct? That is way to short.

Spells?

Scrolls?

The highest sneak perk does something like that. At least it says it does. I haven't maxed sneak yet, so I can't say how useful it is.

Paralyze is probably the best option, which can also be DE'd from weapons, but I think there is something else that has an enchant effect of "Targets up to X level will not attack for 15 seconds" or something like that. I cannot remember for the life of me what it is, but I swear I've read that multiple times. It could be the paralyze effect for weapons, but that is going to be your best bet. Also, if you put points all the way up the left side of the sneak tree, you can "crouch" to stop combat. If you are dual wielding daggers, the right side of the tree will allow you have very effective backstabs, which can essentially one shot enemies within the game, but I'm not sure of your play style.

Depends how powerful the poison.

I can make potions that paralyze for 30 seconds.

The thing is that I do NOT want craft in this game. So therefore I'm not going to craft any potions at all. I rather just use a spell or a scroll. If there is such a thing. I don't know....hence why I'm asking.

Someone mentioned calm spell. I *think* the paralyze spell also exists.
