I have the Adept Hood. Where can I get a better one?

As the title says, I can't seem to find anything better than the Adept hood. When or where can I get a better one??

You cant, ive and checked there isnt any. Circlets are your only vendor choice, or make your own via enchanting.

I'm almost a level 31. So nothing pops up besides Adept?

Nope, adept is where hoods stop. Its an oversight by Bethesda in the loot tables, they skewed it towards armor pieces and circlets and ignored clothes/hats completely.

There are unenchanted hoods to buy and find throughout the world. I believe there is one called a 'mage hood' that looks just like the novice hood. Anyway, you could always do the enchanting yourself.

Personally though, I've never seen much appeal for hoods. I think they look a bit ridiculous and cheesy.

Lol. You just described 90% of the helms in the game.

This is true. Maybe that's why I go around unhelmed and unhooded most of the time.

I just wear Fine Clothes when I CAN play, most of the armor in the game looks stupid, minus Steel. I also love how certain priest helmets aren't the proper armor class, like the 100% Magicka regen one.

I've only seen one helmet that I liked, and that was on one of the load screens. I think it may have been ebony. Once i can craft that, I may go with that lid.
