Like most of us here i have the horrid FPS drop when NPC's are involved. So i tried the .DLL fix someone posted here. While it does solve the frame rate issue it seems now whenever i am fighting the game crashes to desktop everytime. i removed the .dll fix and while the FPS drop still happened i never crashed.

so ... i guess i pick the lesser of two evils since Obsidian screwed the pooch and gave me a broken game that i can't return because i bought it from STEAM... seriously these things have to start bordering on criminal.
