Evey time i throw the switch in the bell tower the music fireworks lights activate the ghost people spawn, yet the quest remains stuck on the gala event. I chose god instead of dog and the glitch happened. I reinstalled dead money same glitch. I uninstalled all of my mods same glitch. I am using a steam version fully updated. has any one else had the same glitch? Is there a workaround? Am i just #^%#$%? Any help would be appreciated.
