im sure many of you have noticed that health/mana/stamina dont benefit from fortify regen enchantments during combat.i was just curious if anyone knew whether or not this "bug" of regeneration was intentional or not. if it was intentional, i feel like it was quite pointless to even include the effects in the game since combat is the time when you actually need those things the most. And with the Apprentice Stone...you are extra weak to all incoming magicka, but you dont benefit from the mana regen bonus to help heal yourself? that makes no sense. Should i re-enchant my armor on my level 45 to have Fortify Restoration skill instead of Fortify Health Regeneration Rate? i dont see why you can have 0 mana cost for 2 schools of magic during combat but not faster health regen....it kind of messes with the role playing element...wouldnt a straight up tank want fortify health AND fortify health regen? i would. and thats what ive got but apparently its worthless.

Fortify regen does work in combat. All regen operates at a reduced rate in combat, but they do work.

I know for a fact Magicka is the most gimped out there. Fortify does work.

Health / Magica / Stamina regenerate far slower in combat than out of combat. If you've got Fortify regeneration enchantments on, they will still improve the regeneration rate in combat, but because its a percentage increase there isn't too much of a visible change.

so what would my health regen be during combat if im wearing 3 items totaling 93% faster health regeneration?
