(also- i don't realy see a problem with nudity. What's so bad about seeing naked women/witches/monsters/men when you are stabbing friends to appease demon lords?)

And don't vote if you havent played at least 3 Tes games! of course it's about the polls and not nudity

So...what's this topic about? Is it about all of the polls or about nudity or...what?

Oh, jack254, why did you have to come back and start making nonsensical topics again?

Yes. Morrowind had much better nudity than skyrim. <_<

I think the sheer creativity of Skyrim's art direction blows the other games out of the water. But for the other questions, I'm ambivalent. From what I hear I'd guess Daggerfall had the deepest RPG mechanics. . I have never felt any of the last three games were "unbalanced." So far I've had the most fun with Skyrim's combat. I don't think any of the Elder Scrolls games had a decent story, but I suppose Morrowind's was, for the most part, the least trite.

Creativity? stiltstriders, guars, daedric ruins, Daedra, Telvani buildings versus.. versus.. Mountains and Real animals?

The closest things skyrim has too creative is.. well blackreach and the eye of magnus were ripped off of something else so.. uhm.. uhm.. I Liked the sky's of skyrim when they weren't cloudy.. But most things were just mundane

That's your opinion. I disagree.

There is nothing quite as spectacular in any of the games I have seen in the series to match Solitude or the College of Winterhold. I stop and gaze up at them in awe everytime I see them. Skyrim's dungeons are breathtaking, each of them different and many of them have unique stories to tell.

Here are comparison screenshots of Azura's Shrine in Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim:

It doesn't show up well in the picture but Skyrim's version of the statue is enormous. It is dramatic. It is high on a wind-swept peak, and the effect is awe-inspiring.

I thought Dardric Ruins were underwhelming, personally. Silt-Striders and Telvanni buildings were nice. They were creative. I'll grant that. But you seem to consider (and I apologize if I am misreading your post) the word "creative" to be synonymous with "strange" and unfamiliar." I absolutely disagree with that notion.

Art direction: Morrowind
Mechanics: Daggerfall
Least imbalanced: ...ummmm... none? They're all pretty imbalanced... I'll go with Oblivion.
Combat: Daggerfall
Story: Daggerfall

I may be slightly too much biased in a certain direction, you may see. <_<

Morrowind for all of the poll options except RPG mechanics. Daggerfall wins for that.
